Old Age 

Growing old is a natural phase of life
It need not bring you worry or strife

If you help others and be happy
You can continue to be agile and chirpy

Stay in touch with family and friends
Then you’ll not brood about your end

Keep yourself young by body and mind
To others around you be loving and kind

Then fear about old age will vanish away
You’ll love to live day after day!
